An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $3,000.00 from the Community Empowerment budget and donating same to Canvas Can Do Miracles to support summer arts programming and an end of course exhibit for opportunity youth.(Requested by Office of Community Safety and Empowerment)
On June 27, 2023, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance appropriating $3,000 for Canvas Can Do Miracles for youth arts programming.” by a vote of 9–0.
