Authorize application for TN DOT Multimodal Access grant for N. Broadway sidewalk construction

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a Multimodal Access grant from the Tennessee Department of Transportation in an amount of $1,125,000.00 with a City match of $125,000.00 for a total grant amount of $1,250,000.00 to construct a sidewalk along N. Broadway.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
