A Resolution authorizing acquisition, by condemnation if necessary, of a fee simple interest in certain property located at 205 Spruce Street (Parcel ID No. 082-OF-008), believed to be owned by Warren E. Hodge, deceased, at an estimated cost of $77,800.00, as recommended by the Abandoned, Blighted, and Vacant Properties Committee.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development)
