An Ordinance to close the portion of Riverside Drive from the southwest corner of parcel 096 01104 to where it meets Kreis Road, and to close Kreis Road in its entirety, and authorizing the mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, University of Tennessee, Applicant. On July 11, 2023, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Close portions of Riverside Drive and Kreis Road, authorize quitclaim deeds to UT” by a vote of 8–0.
