Tenth Amendment to operating contract for Downtown Cinema property management

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Tenth Amendment to the operating contract with the Public Building Authority and the Industrial Development Board for the Downtown Cinema, Inc., Document No. C-07-0191, with respect to the property management of the Downtown Cinema, to extend the services for three additional years at an annual cost for the first year of the extension of $66,713.00.(Requested by Administration)
