A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a railroad agreement with the Knoxville & Holston River Railroad Company for a public grade railroad crossing and for the City to pay for construction inspection services in an amount not to exceed $108,000.00 as part of the Sevier Avenue Streetscapes Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
