A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $500,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund to Liberty Place Knoxville, LP, for the development of 32 affordable permanent supportive rental housing units to be located at 3627 Division Street (Parcel ID No. 107 DA 001).(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
