A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Stubblefield Construction, LLC to replace the existing gating system at the Knoxville Area Transit operations and maintenance facility and provide maintenance for two years for a total contract price not to exceed $488,000.00.(Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
