A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept grant award from the State of Tennessee Department of Finance in an amount up to $200,000.00, with no required matching funds, to be used for law enforcement recruitment and retention efforts.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
