Request Planning consider H or NC Overlay for parcels fronting Gibbs Dr.
A Resolution respectfully requesting Knoxville-Knox County Planning consider and make a recommendation to the Knoxville City Council and the Historic Zoning Commission regarding the possible addition of an Historic (H) or Neighborhood Conservation (NC) Overlay to the residential parcels fronting on Gibbs Drive, bounded on the north by Essary Drive; bounded on the south by the rear property lines of properties fronting Gibbs Drive; bounded on the east by Jacksboro Pike; and bounded on the west by north Broadway; and including Parcel IDs 058EH034, 058EB02601 and 058EJ01202.(Requested by Councilmember Rider)
