Apply for and accept TDOT grant for KAT bus stop rehabilitation.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant from the Tennessee Department of Transportation to provide funding in the amount of $1,250,000.00 to the City of Knoxville on behalf of Knoxville Area Transit from IMPROVE Act Transit Investment grant funds for fiscal year 2024, with a City match of up to $250,000.00 to rehabilitate and renovate bus stops in KAT's service area.(Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
