An Ordinance approving the request of Regency Associates GP for an amendment to the Northwest City Sector Plan from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential for property located at 4813 Lonas Drive, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged. On August 8, 2023, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend Sector Plan from Low Density to Medium Density Residential for 4813 Lonas Dr.” by a vote of 8–0.
