An Ordinance approving the request of Matt Brazille, Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc. for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Medium Density Residential to Medium Density Residential/Office for property located at 1800 and 1900 Vermont Avenue, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged. (Planning Commission Approved 12-0 Consent) (File No. 7-C-23-SP) (Council District 6)(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)
On August 8, 2023, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend Sector Plan from Medium Density Res. to Res/Office for 1800-1900 Vermont Ave.” by a vote of 8–0.
