An Ordinance approving the request of Matt Brazille, Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc. for a One Year Plan amendment from Medium Density Residential to Medium Density Residential/Office for property located at 1800 and 1900 Vermont Avenue, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged. On August 8, 2023, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend One Year Plan from Medium Density Res. to Res/Office for 1800-1900 Vermont Ave.” by a vote of 8–0.
