A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to consent to the assignment of Three Amigos Real Estate, LLC's rights, title and interest in the Ground Lease of the Gateway Retail Building located at 920 Volunteer Landing, CLT # 095JB011, to Nunc ProTunc GP subject to final approval by the Tennessee Valley Authority.(Requested by Administration)
