A Resolution expressing appreciation to Bird Global, Inc. for the donation of $100,000.00 to be used toward the development of bicycle, pedestrian, and shared personal mobility vehicle infrastructure, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept said donation.(Requested by Administration)
