Authorize grant application and acceptance for Edgewood Park stream restoration

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant from the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation in an amount of $748,517.82 with a City match of $39,395.68, for stream restoration efforts in Edgewood Park.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
