A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with CDM Smith, Inc. to provide preliminary engineering design services for the South Waterfront Pedestrian and Bicycle Bridge Project for an amount not to exceed $475,000.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
