A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Volunteer Ministry Center, Inc. to provide an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 in Homeless General Funds for enhanced street outreach services through the continued operation of a mobile shower trailer to service individuals experiencing homelessness in Knoxville.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
