Approve appeal of BZA denial for variances at 2230 Laurel Ave
A Resolution approving an appeal by John Holmes of the Board of Zoning Appeals' denial of a variances to (1) reduce of the corner side setback from 12 feet to 5 feet (2) reduce the sum of interior side setbacks from 15 feet to 10 feet, (3) reduce the minimum lot width for a four-townhouse development from 80 feet to 50 feet as required by Article 4.3; Table 4-1, for RN-5 zoned property located at 2230 Laurel Ave, 1st Council District, Parcel ID: 108CA001. On September 19, 2023, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve appeal of BZA denial for variances at 2230 Laurel Ave” by a vote of 6–3.
