Authorize grant application and acceptance for Emergency Management

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to file a grant application with the state of Tennessee, Department of the Military and the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency and, if approved, accept a grant in the amount of $150,000.00 which will reimburse the Knoxville-Knox County Emergency Management Agency budget for salaries and operating expenses for fiscal year 2024.(Requested by Emergency Management)
