Authorize application and acceptance of Solar for All Program Grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a Solar for All Program Grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency in an amount up to $25,000,000.00, with no local match required, to develop various energy efficient strategies to support greenhouse gas-reducing projects throughout the Knoxville community.(Requested by Office of Sustainability)
