Authorize Mayor to accept $2,000,000 grant from TN Opioid Abatement Council

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award of up to $2,000,000.00, with no required local match, from the Tennessee Opioid Abatement Council for substance abuse advocacy, prevention, and combatting overdose deaths.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
