Authorize Mayor to contract with Wilson Food Service for "Holiday on Ice" skating rink

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Wilson Food Service, LLC to provide operation and management of Knoxville's "Holiday on Ice" skating rink at Market Square for amount not to exceed $103,000.00 for the first year of services followed by a 4% increase for the second year, if renewal option is exercised.(Requested by Special Events)
