A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property for the Washington Pike Drainage Improvements Project by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, in fee simple within one tract of real property for a total amount not to exceed $3,000.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
