A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property for the Woodland Avenue Complete Streets Project by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, within 12 tracts of real property in a total amount not to exceed $650,000.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
