A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $1,750,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund to DGA Grosvenor Square, LP, for the development of 59 affordable rental housing units to be located at 3782 Decoration Way (Parcel ID No. 080 JB 021, 023 and 024).(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
