A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $750,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund to DGA Holston GP, LLC, for the development of 25 affordable rental housing units to be located at 2120 River Willow Way (Parcel ID Nos. 096 015 and 096 01505).(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
