Brazille, P.E. for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Medium Density Residential to Mixed Use-Neighborhood Center for property located at 1500 Fort Promise Drive, and at 1203 and 1331 West Oldham Avenue, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged.
