Authorize Mayor to enter Services Contract with Young-Williams Animal Center

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Defined Services Contract between the City of Knoxville, Knox County, and Young-Williams Animal Center of East Tennessee to promote the responsible care and welfare of animals within the City of Knoxville and Knox County for an amount not to exceed $3,004,829 over a four year period.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
