A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign, on behalf of the City, any and all documents necessary to purchase two parcels of property in the Burlington community for the potential development of a new fire station, for an amount not to exceed $700,000.00.(Requested by Administration and Knoxville Fire Department)
