Authorize PILOT payments for property at 1801 E. Magnolia Ave
A Resolution authorizing the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville to negotiate and accept from Knoxville Leadership Foundation, or an affiliate thereof, payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes (“PILOT”) with respect to real property located at 1801 E. Magnolia Avenue, Parcel ID 082 PL 012, Knoxville, Tennessee and finding that such payments are deemed to be in furtherance of the public purposes of the Board as defined in Tenn. Code Ann. § 7-53-305.(Requested by Administration)
