An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $23,800.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to community agencies and organizations as set forth in the attachment.(Requested by Vice Mayor Roberto and Councilmembers Smith, Singh, Rider, Thomas, McKenzie, Fugate, Testerman, and Parker)
