A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an easement agreement with Shulz Brau Brewing, LLC to permit an outswinging door to encroach into the public right-of-way for the benefit of the proposed redevelopment of a beer brewing facility and pub with beer garden.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
