Approve application for brownfield cleanup grant for former McClung Warehouse properties

A Resolution of Council authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a brownfield cleanup grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency to provide funding in the total amount of $200,000 with an additional City match of $40,000 to carry out cleanup activities at the former McClung Warehouse properties on Jackson Avenue.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment)
