Purchase drainage and construction easements at 2112 Martha Berry Drive
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase a permanent drainage easement and a temporary construction easement within certain real property located at 2112 Martha Berry Drive from Robert and Elizabeth Emory, for a total amount of $455.00, as part of the 2013 Neighborhood Drainage Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
