A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a First Amendment to an Agreement with Neighborhood Housing Inc., to increase the funding amount by $32,000.00 to fund an additional 13 participants in the KnoxWorx Workforce Development Program, for a new total contract funding amount not to exceed $194,687.00.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
