A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Larry M. "Mike" Patty to serve as the Knoxville Police Department's Wellness Coordinator for an initial term of two years, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 over the two-year period of the Agreement.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
