A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Kentucky Oil and Refining Company to provide multiple types of bulk fuel, for an initial term of one year with the option to extend the agreement for up to two additional one-year terms, at an estimated cost per term of $4,000,000.00.(Requested by Purchasing)
