An Ordinance approving the request of Erika Ayala Munoz for an amendment to the Northwest City Sector Plan from Low Density Residential/Neighborhood Commercial to Low Density Residential, leaving all special purpose land us classifications unchanged, for property located at 2812 Merchant Drive. (Planning Commission approved 11-0 Consent) (File No. 12-C-23-SP) (Council District 5)(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning)
