A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property for the Washington Pike Roadway Project, by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, within 56 tracts of real property for a total amount not to exceed $6,000,000.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
