A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Amendment to agreement C-20-0309 with Gulf South Security of Knoxville, LLC d/b/a Signal Security to provide security services at Morningside Park, to increase the annual base contract amount by $3,081.60, with a not to exceed amount remaining $281,000.00 annually.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
