A Resolution approving an appeal by John Huber of the Board of Zoning Appeals' denial of variances to (1) decrease the minimum front setback from 20 feet to 5 feet for five lots and (2) decrease the minimum rear setback from 25 feet to 5 feet for seven lots, all located at 0 Helmbolt Road, 1817 Francis Road, 0 Francis Road, and 0 Old Amherst Road in the RN-2 (Single-Family Residential Neighborhood) zoning district, per Article 4.3, Table 4-1, Third Council District, Zoning District, BZA File No. 11-F-23- VA.(Requested by Plans Review & Inspections)
