A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with S&ME, Inc. for professional services to provide a limited environmental site assessment and surveying service, including soil and water analysis, in advance of the anticipated replacement of underground fuel storage tanks located at 1334 Loraine Street, at a cost not to exceed $42,400.00.(Requested by Fleet Services)
