On February 20, 2024, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend Knoxville City Code Appendix B, Zoning Code, Article 10.3.B for ADU standards”.
Motion to strike out Section 1 (D) and to strike out the proposed amendments to Section 10.3.B.2.
