Mullins for an amendment to the North City Sector Plan from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential/Office for property located at 5421, 5500, 5504, 5510 and 5520 Pratt Road and for a portion of property located at 5418 Pratt Road. (Planning Commission Approved 14-0) (File No. 1-I-24-SP) (Council District 5)(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)

On February 20, 2024, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend North City Sector Plan for properties on Pratt Road (Benjamin C. Mullins)” by a vote of 9–0.
