Mullins for a One Year Plan amendment from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential/Office for property located at 5421, 5500, 5504, 5510 and 5520 Pratt Road and for a portion of property located at 5418 Pratt Road. (Planning Commission Approved 14-0) (File No. 1-D-24-PA) (Council District 5)(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)
