A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a quitclaim deed to transfer property located at the site of the Sanitary Laundry Building, Located at 621, 625, and 627 North Broadway, part of parcel 094 DP 013, located on the west side of North Broadway between North Central Street and Tyson Street, to Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation.(Requested by Administration)
