An Ordinance approving the request of Taylor D. Forrester for an amendment to the East City Sector Plan from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential for property located at 2805 Delrose Drive, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged. (Planning Commission Approved 11-0) (File No. 1-E-24-SP) (Council District 6)(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)

On March 5, 2024, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve sector plan amendment for 2805 Delrose Drive from low to medium density residential” by a vote of 9–0.
