A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend the agreement with Edison Electric, LLC for the as-needed maintenance and repair of the city's streetlights and high masts, increasing the annual amount by $270,000.00 for a new total annual amount of $1,550,000.00.(Requested by Engineering Department)
